I have long been interested in understanding the nature of

human consciousness, suffering, potential and resiliency.

This led me to study Human Development in university and

to pursue a master's degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology,

which is rooted in an understanding of the mind-body-spirit

connection. I have a respect for the wisdom of various world

traditions and am greatly influenced by eastern philosophies.

Mindfulness practices are an integral part of my life and I

have been practicing meditation and yoga for over 10 years.

I am passionate about supporting people in dealing with life's

challenges and in living the life they want and having the

relationships they desire.
